해석 : 유엔해양법협약에 따르면, 해양사고는 선박의 충돌, 좌초, 그 밖의 항해중에 일어난 사고, 선상에서 일어난 사고나 물질이나 화물에 손상을 초래하는 선외의 사건을 의미한다.
